Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Detroit is seeking a Valet Attendant to ensure smooth operation of the valet areas on your assigned shift. You may cover shifts as needed, and will greet guests with professional service in a fast-paced casino environment.

This role emphasizes safe vehicle handling, accurate ticketing, and coordinating with the Parking/Valet team to maintain efficiency. A Michigan driver’s license is required, and strong English communication is essential for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Able to operate vehicles and read signage.
• Must understand and follow safety procedures.
• Able to stand long periods and work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate valet areas during assigned shift and cover additional shifts as needed.
• Coordinate activities of Parking/Valet team on shift.
• Enforce procedures and survey areas, ensuring supplies.
• Issue valet tickets and enter guest/vehicle information accurately.
• Assist other valet staff and shuttle operations as assigned.
