Job summary

Hollywood Casino at The Meadows is seeking friendly team members for a fast-paced service role in our dining operations. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Basic duties include greeting guests, managing reservations and wait lists, handling cash and POS transactions, and maintaining clean dining areas. We value teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and seat guests per policy.
• Provide fast, accurate service and manage wait times and reservations.
• Operate the cash register/POS, process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and prices; assist with refills and tables.
• Coordinate restaurant flow and assist servers to ensure efficient operations.
