Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions, transportation, and inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with Account Manager to support scheduling and on-site operations.
• Assist with handing out keys, managing parking procedures, and ticketing for valet guests.
• Ensure privacy and security of guest information and belongings.
