Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, coordinating with coworkers to meet or exceed service standards. Under the supervision of the Account Manager, the role includes coordination, administration, and troubleshooting when the manager is off-site, with judgment calls made for urgent matters.

The position emphasizes guest engagement, safety, and precise ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers.
• Opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests; explains parking procedures; parks and retrieves vehicles.
• Provides bell services, directions, taxis, and reservations; stays informed about local attractions.
• Promotes teamwork and leads by example; coordinates scheduling as needed; adjusts staffing per conditions.
• Issues and tracks keys and claim checks; ensures accurate ticket information and secure handling of keys.
• Protects guest confidentiality and adheres to privacy requirements; maintains security of information.
• Assists Account Manager with scheduling and revenue collection; completes shift documentation accurately.
• Total time for all functions of the job is accounted for as 100%.
