Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Skills include reading/writing English, basic math, and time-rate understanding.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parking maneuvers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and valet-style guest service with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure as applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Record ticket information and manage key tags and claim checks.
• Maintain professional demeanor and follow Towne Park procedures.
