Job summary

Towne Park is looking for a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will assist guests with parking and luggage, maintain safety and a friendly demeanor, and help with directions and local information in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes cash handling, ticketing accuracy, and customer service, with daily shifts in a mid-shift schedule. Competitive hourly pay plus daily tips and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about local amenities and attractions.
• Delivers messages, items and guest amenities as requested.
