Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests. You will assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, help with luggage, and deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the guest’s stay.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to handle cash and tickets precisely. Morning/afternoon/evening shifts are available, with eligibility for benefits per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and by last name.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide bell services as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, keys, and revenue records.
