Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state.
• 1 month of related experience or equivalent training/education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and manage tickets.
• Maintain accurate guest folios and vehicle key tagging.
