Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate for part-time hours to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest services at our locations. The role involves parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and providing information on local attractions and services.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, directions, and payments while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for all guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: valid driver's license for the state of employment or nearby commuting distance.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: customer service principles and processes.
• Skills: English literacy, basic math, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with luggage when applicable.
• Greet guests by name and maintain professional demeanor throughout shifts.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility information.
• Explain parking rates and collect tickets and payments accurately; ensure ticket data integrity.
