Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide outstanding hospitality, parking and luggage assistance with guests. You will ensure safe vehicle handling and friendly service at arrival and departure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Provide directions, taxi info, reservations, and area attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys, and revenue as needed.
