Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Hanover, MD to welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage while delivering friendly, efficient service. You will provide directions and information about local amenities and ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles with care and safety.
• Assist with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Explain parking rates and process guest claims accurately.
