Job summary

Towne is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and valet services at our Austin location. You will greet guests, help with parking and luggage, and provide directions and information about local amenities with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, accurate handling of tickets and keys, and reliable customer interactions in a dynamic hotel/parking environment. Training provided; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests, assist with parking and luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility information.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and keys for valet system.
