You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate client relationships with property owners and partners to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in valet parking or hospitality operations management.
• Experience managing multiple locations and large teams.
• Strong financial acumen and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple valet locations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and negotiate contracts.
