Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix is seeking a guest services associate to create memorable experiences for guests from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, assist with parking and directions, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.

Applicants should be able to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and holidays, and present a professional appearance. A clean driving record and the ability to lift luggage are required for this on-site role.
