The Global Ambassador is a hotel in the Phoenix area, seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and minibar operations. You will contribute to a guest-focused environment and ensure rooms are always ready and inviting for arrivals.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Open availability, able to work weekends.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Stock, organize, and maintain minibar inventory, ensuring refrigerators are clean and fully operational.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms daily, including bathrooms, surfaces, and living areas.
• Empty trash, refresh linens and amenities, and ensure rooms are always guest-ready.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following hotel sanitation standards.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Deliver friendly, professional service with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
