Job summary

The Global Ambassador is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our luxury Phoenix property. You will oversee shifts, staff scheduling, and collaborate with Culinary to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

With 3+ years in high-volume restaurant management, you will coach teams, drive guest satisfaction, and adapt service in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

• Must have 3+years high-volume restaurant management experience
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations
• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
• Regularly communicates and collaborates with Culinary Partners and consultants for operational and menu changes
• Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
• Professional, yet comfortable with candid & open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
• Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise

Pay Range

$70,000 - $75,000 USD
