Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Miami Beach is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. You will assist with luggage, deliver items, and help guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local attractions during arrival and departure.

This role requires a friendly, reliable individual with strong customer service skills, the ability to work AM/PM shifts, and to maintain accurate ticketing and guest folios throughout shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math and time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and use guest names when addressing them.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, with attention to guest safety.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed during arrival and departure.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations, and local area recommendations.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect keys and claim checks, and maintain ticket accuracy.
• Record transactions and manage folios and vehicle location in the valet system.
