Job summary

Towne Park in Miami is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist guests with luggage and inquiries. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and accuracy in handling tickets and rates.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 month of related experience. A background screen and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive hospitality to guests.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and track keys and tickets.
• Support revenue collection and ticket documentation when required.
