Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with bell services and luggage where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks and keys.
• Provide directions and local information; assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate vehicle tickets and guest folios; ensure security and safety during operations.
