Qualifications

• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet and use guest last names during interactions.
• Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and door operations.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facilities and locally available amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticket information and revenue as needed.
