Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Madison. You will provide exceptional hospitality, help guests with parking and luggage during arrival and departure, and offer directions and local recommendations. A welcoming, safe environment is essential.

The role requires a GED or High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and roughly one month of related experience or training. Training and benefits are provided. Join a team delivering outstanding guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write in English and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money.
• Ability to read times and operate in 24-hour/military formats.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is desirable.
• Ability to perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive hospitality to guests and greet them warmly.
• Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Offer directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, and manage keys, tickets, and receipts.
• Maintain professional demeanor and follow Towne Park etiquette.
