Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and about one month of related experience. Benefits include insurance options and a 401k; shifts vary and may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; handles ticketing and revenue collection as needed.
