Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain in Walnut Creek, CA to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests alongside coworkers. Under supervision of the Account Manager, you will coordinate and provide guidance when the manager is on-site, and you may handle urgent issues with expediency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED Required.
• Six (6) months related experience and/or training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Open doors for guests and explain parking procedures.
• Provide bell services and assist with directions and requests.
• Promote teamwork and assist with staffing and scheduling as needed.
• Handle cash and tickets and reconcile daily revenue.
