Job summary

Towne Park in Walnut Creek is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with coworkers to ensure standards are met. Under the Account Manager, this role involves coordination, administration, troubleshooting, and providing guidance when on-site leadership is unavailable; not a manager but makes judgment calls when expediency is priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and pass background, MVR and drug screen.
• Six months related experience or equivalent education.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds and deliver aggressive hospitality.
• Open doors, assist with parking, and manage vehicle retrieval.
• Assist with bell services and provide directions/taxis/reservations.
• Coordinate scheduling and report to the Account Manager as needed.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and HIPAA-related privacy.
• Complete shift reports and handle cash drop details.
