Job summary

Towne Park LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with colleagues to meet or exceed service standards. Under the Account Manager, you will coordinate and administer tasks, and provide troubleshooting when the manager is not on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive a manual transmission with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and deliver Aggressive Hospitality.
• Open doors for guests and explain parking procedures.
• Assist with bell services, directions, reservations, and guest inquiries; maintain knowledge of the property.
• Assist Account Manager with schedules, calls to staff, and revenue collection; ensure accuracy of tickets and keys.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and security of information per policy.
• Complete shift reports and support team to meet service standards.
