Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and share local facility information in a courteous manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 month of related experience. The schedule covers Monday through Sunday with a benefit eligible plan for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and process claims and keys.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and facilities.
• Process tickets and revenue as part of the valet system.
