Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage. You will greet guests warmly, provide directions, and answer inquiries while maintaining a friendly, efficient service standard.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, explaining rates, and ensuring accurate guest folios. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with one month of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Provide Towne Park phone etiquette and greet guests.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxi, reservations, and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys.
