Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly, attentive hospitality for arriving and departing guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and guide guests through rates and procedures at the front of the location.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and courteous service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and about 1 month of related experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language; comprehend instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, money calculations, and understand time systems (24h).
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a pleasant, professional manner and assist with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect tickets, and manage key tags and guest folios.
• Park/retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage storage when needed.
• Deliver messages or items and shuttle guests as approved by the location.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and revenue when required.
