Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, provide directions, and ensure a smooth experience in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts vary (7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm), with additional mid-shifts possible. Compensation is $8.00 per hour plus tips, and benefits include accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read/write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions.
