Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC provides attentive hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, and helping with luggage during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, and delivering excellent service while maintaining professional conduct throughout shifts. This role offers on-site work at hotel locations with tipping opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Required
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Skills: Ability to write simple correspondence
• Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
• Skills: Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
• Skills: Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Skills: Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
• Skills: Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
• Skills: Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
