Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires an attentive, friendly approach and strong English communication. Open availability is requested; base pay is $11/hour plus tips, with benefits including insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Strong reading/writing in English and basic math skills.
• Ability to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue collection.
• Ensure safety and follow Towne Park procedures.
