Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations, manage client relationships, and drive financial performance across locations. You will supervise hourly staff, monitor payroll and scheduling, and ensure service excellence for partners and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record.
• Experience supervising hourly staff and managing payroll/scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Daily operational oversight, scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with regional leadership.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support cross-location coordination and continuous process improvement.
