Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a full-time Concierge/Valet at Devonshire in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. You will warmly greet residents and guests, assist with doors, and maintain daily shift logs while fostering strong relationships with staff and residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to stay calm in emergencies. 21+ to drive; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to stay calm during emergency situations and take appropriate actions as necessary.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Must be 21 years of age to drive; Clean/Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors in a timely manner.
• Assist drivers and guests with opening vehicle doors.
• Maintain a daily log of shift activities.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, residents and families.

FULL-TIME CONCIERGE / VALET

SUNDAY: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM

MONDAY: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM

TUESDAY: 8:30 AM to 7:00 AM

WEDS: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

OFF DAYS: THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY

How you will make an impact:

• By promptly greeting residents, guests and visitors
• Assist drivers and guests with opening vehicle doors
• Maintain a daily log of completed shift functions
• Maintain/strengthen good working relationships with staff, residents, and families
• Good skills in communicating, listening, planning, organizing, problem-solving
• Have a genuine interest in seniors and have compassion for the aging
• Must be able to stay calm during emergency situations and take appropriate actions as necessary
