Job summary

Erickson Devonshire, part of Erickson Senior Living, seeks a full-time Concierge/Valet in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will warmly welcome residents and guests, assist with doors, and support a luxury retirement community.

Requires a valid driver's license, 21+ to drive, and strong communication. A calm, helpful demeanor during emergencies is essential; the role offers growth as the community expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age to drive.
• Clean / Valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors promptly.

FULL-TIME CONCIERGE / VALET

SUNDAY: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
MONDAY: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
TUESDAY: 8:30 AM to 7:00 AM
WEDS: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
OFF DAYS: THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY

How You Will Make An Impact

• By promptly greeting residents, guests and visitors
• Assist drivers and guests with opening vehicle doors
• Maintain a daily log of completed shift functions
• Maintain/strengthen good working relationships with staff, residents, and families
• Good skills in communicating, listening, planning, organizing, problem-solving
• Have a genuine interest in seniors and have compassion for the aging
• Must be able to stay calm during emergency situations and take appropriate actions as necessary
