Erickson Senior Living's Devonshire in Florida is seeking an entry-level server to join our retirement-community dining team. This role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights, providing a strong start to develop hospitality skills within a resident-focused program.

The position emphasizes menu mastery, resident engagement, accurate order taking, and delivering a consistently high-quality dining experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• The Florida AHCA background check is required for all new hires.
• Must be 18+ years old.
