Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Devonshire community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring a part-time bartender. You will craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide friendly customer service to guests.

This role features afternoon shifts totaling 32 hours per week with benefits, a strong team culture, and growth opportunities within our expanding senior living network. Applicants should meet state alcohol-service requirements and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (training must be completed within 90 days).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Join our team as a Bartender! In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating a positive experience for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

PART - TIME - BARTENDER - 32 Hrs. a week w/Benefits

Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM = 8

Monday - 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM = 6

Tuesday - OFF

Wednesday - OFF

Thursday - 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM = 6

Friday - 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM = 6

Saturday - 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM = 6

How you will make an impact

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
