Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Vaccines MSL Field Director for the Western US. The role leads an MSL team, sets priorities, and ensures external scientific engagement aligns with Medical Affairs plans.

Based in the US with responsibilities across multiple states, you will develop capabilities, coach field teams, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategy and deliver impactful medical insights while maintaining compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Accredited doctorate degree in a life-science or basic-science discipline.
• Six or more years of experience in an MSL organization.
• One or more years of demonstrated experience leading a field team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MSL team, set objectives, and drive improved performance.
• Drive ongoing capability development and coaching for field staff.
• Set clear MSL metrics and ensure alignment with medical affairs plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to implement MSL activities.
• Recruit talent and ensure compliant, evidence-based engagement.
