Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Field Director, GI – West to lead a GI Medical Science Liaison (MSL) regional team across the Western U.S. You will drive scientific engagement, coaching, and program execution while aligning with Medical Affairs strategy and TA priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, immunology expertise, and the ability to manage field teams, plus travel ~60% to engage healthcare professionals and internal partners across multiple states.

Competenze

• Master’s degree required; PharmD/PhD/MD highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in pharma; 4+ years in MSL or equivalent; clinical/research experience preferred.
• GI/Immunology experience strongly preferred.
• Previous people management experience preferred.
• Must live in assigned region; travel ~60% including overnight.
