Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Vaccines Customer Team Leader (CTL) to drive customer-focused initiatives across the Arizona/Nevada district. The role covers Reno, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Flagstaff and Tucson with travel about half the time.

Lead and coach Customer Representatives, develop account plans, and collaborate with extended teams to meet patient and customer needs. Remote work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years sales experience with pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Equivalent healthcare/scientific-field experience acceptable.
• Willingness to travel 50%+

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Customer Representatives to identify and fulfill customer needs.
• Develop and execute account plans and engagement strategies with key customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support vaccines sales and customer initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% to cover Arizona/Nevada district and major cities.
