Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking a Vaccines Health and Science Professional (HSP) to promote vaccines across customers and channels, with regular live-in-field and virtual engagements. The role includes launching new products, managing relationships, securing formulary access, and sales within the assigned geography.

The HSP combines strong product/disease knowledge with sales, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Pfizer objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional sales or promotional activity experience or an equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Experience in healthcare/scientific roles preferred.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the assigned territory to meet objectives.
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develop and implement effective territory call plans with live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Build rapport with customers in live and virtual environments and use digital tools effectively.
• Leverage internal reports/analytics to identify and develop opportunities.
• Present clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources.
• Understand market barriers and drivers across channels (Public Health, Private Market, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (Field Medical, Account Management) to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Complete administrative tasks on time and compliantly (e.g., entering calls, submitting expenses).
