GlaxoSmithKline's vaccines team seeks an Immunization Specialist to build strong relationships with clinics, health systems, pharmacies, and public health partners, using data to guide local plans and increase vaccine access. You will lead key activities to progress your career, demonstrate product knowledge, collaborate with Vaccines partners, and drive vaccine uptake across your accounts.

Territory includes Corona, CA, Palm Springs, CA, Riverside, CA, and Moreno Valley, CA with domestic travel

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience or business-to-business sales experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle - driving is an essential function of this role.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain specialized expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, products and markets.
• Build and manage relationships with assigned accounts, including clinics, health systems, pharmacies, and public health partners.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GSK vaccines, competitive products and GSK promotional strategies and objectives in a way that meets customer needs.
• Use account data and insights to create and execute tailored engagement plans that increase vaccine access and uptake.
• Provide value to each targeted account through proper blending of science & service based upon each account's individual needs.
• Effectively follow and use the vaccines sales process in a way that engages customers and ultimately leads to vaccines purchase.
• Value proposition reinforcement.
• Collaborate with Vaccines partners, including PAMs, to help pull through GSK Vaccine doses.
