Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales with B2B experience.
• Broad understanding of the healthcare environment and ability to access decision makers.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to navigate a hybrid work environment and optimize the HCP selling model.
• Experience with omnichannel approaches and customer engagement through multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to extract insights from data to inform solutions.
• Passion for science and proactive in disease-state knowledge.
