MSD in Wilson, NC is seeking a Bio Process Maintenance Associate Technician to support vaccine production. You will perform setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process equipment, including aseptic filling, CIP/SIP, and room disinfection, under supervision.

Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance troubleshooting and corrective work orders.
- Aseptic filling equipment, CIP/SIP, and packaging equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to work in regulated environments (FDA) and apply cGMPs.
Responsabilités
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment per SOPs and training.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Test runs and alignments to ensure proper operation and minimize delays.
- Disassemble/repair/ reassemble equipment and replace parts as needed.
- Maintain documentation, 5S, and data integrity.
