Merck in Wilson, NC is hiring a Maintenance Associate Technician for 1st shift within a vaccine manufacturing facility. You will support aseptic filling, CIP/SIP, inspection and packaging, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure high-quality products and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have GMP maintenance experience and the ability to work in a team-driven environment while maintaining data integrity and following SOPs and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• One or more years of GMP manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience in aseptic GMP environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to gown and work in aseptic environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment and conduct tests and trials.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment per SOPs.
• Disassemble/repair parts and reassemble equipment with new components.
• Maintain documentation in GMP/compliant systems.
• Support aseptic vaccine manufacturing including CIP/SIP and packaging.
