Job summary

CSL Behring, a global biotherapeutics leader, is seeking a pharmaceutical sales professional in the San Antonio area to promote CSL products and expand access through distributors and healthcare providers. You will develop key account relationships, support education programs at scientific meetings, and provide input to marketing while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of field sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSL products and manage business development/distributors to achieve sales targets
• Promotes products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets
• Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and external clients; establishes and maintains high level scientific relationships with KOLs
• Facilitates development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts
• Supports education programs, providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences and patient organization meetings
• Provides input to the marketing strategy
• Ensures customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures
