Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a field-based sales professional in the United States to promote CSL Behring products and drive territory growth. You will manage distributors, develop key accounts, and foster relationships with KOLs to expand awareness and adoption of therapies.

You will support education programs, present at scientific events, and contribute to marketing strategy while ensuring all activities comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on pharmaceutical products.
• Proven track record in field sales and market-share growth.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market regulations.
• Demonstrated success in developing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Promotes CSL Behring products to achieve territory sales targets.
• Manages distributors and key accounts to meet regional objectives.
• Builds relationships with accounts and KOLs to raise product awareness.
• Supports new account development and growth of existing accounts.
• Delivers presentations at scientific congresses and patient org meetings.
• Contributes input to marketing strategy and ensures compliant activities.
