The VARM will implement a regional strategic plan with internal and external stakeholders, resolve PHI-related access issues, and ensure compliant engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles.
• Travel up to 60% including overnight travel.
• Must live in reasonable proximity to assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives with ownership.

Aufgaben

• Educate providers and office staff on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for a vaccine portfolio.
• Assist offices in understanding and utilizing Patient Support Programs to facilitate access for patients.
• Analyze reimbursement barriers and provide guidance to resolve access challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Sales, Market Access) and third-party hubs/partners.
• Manage daily activities to ensure product access, and lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
