Stratis Group is seeking an Access Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to manage a dedicated territory, supporting access for providers and patients. The ARM educates healthcare providers on access services and reimbursement solutions, and coordinates with HUB, call center, and market access teams.

The ARM will execute territorial strategic plans, resolve patient-level reimbursement issues, and ensure compliant interaction within the defined Rules of Engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or Sales (Specialty or Biologics).
• 4 year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles and/or pharma/medical industry.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week, with overnights and flights, must reside within the territory.
• Solution oriented mindset, strong business acumen, and analytic capabilities.
• Experience with specialty/biologic products and complex reimbursement processes.
• Experience educating offices on access processes and issue resolution.
• Experience delivering educational presentations (in person or via Zoom/Webex/Teams).
• CMS policies and processes knowledge, Medicare Part B and Part D familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily activities that support patient access to our client's products in provider offices.
• Act as extension of client's HUB and provide in-person customer visits.
• Participate in client meetings and team calls; input call activity into CRM.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes.
• Provide office education on access process incl. forms, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, claims resolution.
• Educate offices using approved patient service materials.
• Review patient case information in a compliant manner.
• Educate physician office staff on client patient support services.
