Zusammenfassung

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role to support patient access by educating provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes across the cardiovascular portfolio.

The ARM will develop a territory access plan, travel 3-4 days a week, collaborate with sales, market access, and hub partners, and ensure compliant ROE while improving access and reimbursement for patients.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week and reside within the territory.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily activities that support patient access in provider offices and liaise with patient services.
• Educate offices on prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and reimbursement processes.
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client and cross-functional meetings.
• Document activities in the CRM and convey field insights to stakeholders.
• Serve as access expert for geography, monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and MAU needs.
• Use client-approved materials and communicate changes to internal teams timely.
