Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Agent, Vacation Sales Travel Team, to engage with guests at local attractions and events, presenting the vacation club experience and inviting participation in timeshare presentations. This role emphasizes face-to-face conversations and promotion of mini vacation packages.

The position requires near-DFW area proximity, brand representation, and adherence to company policies while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to purchase a mini vacation package that includes a timeshare presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current and updated on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
